You can get started by scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation through my online booking platform. During this call, we’ll discuss your needs and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. If so, I’ll send you an invitation to the client portal where you can schedule your first appointment and complete the intake paperwork.

Our first session is dedicated to understanding your story—your experiences in high-control or harmful religious environments and what has led you to seek support at this moment.
After our meeting, you’ll receive a personalized “guide-map” outlining the themes we may explore together. It provides structure while still giving you the freedom to shape the direction of our work. You’re encouraged to review it between sessions, reflecting on what feels most relevant or where you’d like to shift focus. Your voice remains central throughout the treatment process.
My approach is both research-supported and evidence-based. Each session builds intentionally on the last to create a clear and cohesive therapeutic path. You will feel supported every step of the way.

Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes): $250

Both ‘Drop in Circles’ are complimentary for active weekly or bi-weekly clients.I am not contracted with insurance providers. However, I’m happy to provide a Superbill—a detailed receipt of services—that you may submit to your insurance company to inquire about possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note that I do not communicate directly with insurance companies, so all reimbursement inquiries must be handled on your end.
-
All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. I kindly ask that you join from a private, quiet space to help ensure confidentiality and a comfortable therapeutic experience.
-
We’ll meet weekly or every other week (at a minimum), depending on your needs and goals. Meeting less frequently tends to disrupt momentum and may limit the effectiveness of our work together.
Therapy is an investment—in your healing, growth, and future. While it does require commitment, the returns can last a lifetime.

Consultation for Concerned Family and Friends
Many people reach out hoping to help a loved one who is involved in a cult or high-control religious environment. While I cannot intervene directly or “rescue” someone from an abusive group, I can guide you in using effective, research-supported strategies that increase the likelihood your loved one will turn to you when doubt emerges. Together, we’ll explore the psychological dynamics at play and help you become a steady, trustworthy point of connection—a lighthouse in the storm.
Supportive Coaching Session (75 minutes): $275
Clinical Supervision & Consultation for Therapists
If you’re a therapist or healthcare professional working with clients impacted by coercive control, spiritual abuse, or high-control groups, I offer specialized clinical consultation. These sessions provide guidance, case support, and a deeper understanding of the nuances of religious trauma and cultic influence.

Most clients begin noticing meaningful improvements within the first several sessions. For deeper, lasting change, a full course of treatment typically involves 27–32 sessions—about 6 to 7.5 months—though the timeline varies based on individual needs. I don’t believe therapy is meant to continue indefinitely; my role is to equip you with the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life as your own inner guide.
At the same time, life can bring new challenges, and some clients return for additional support or occasional maintenance sessions. Maintenance Recovery Support is available whenever you need it, but the goal is for you to feel grounded, capable, and empowered to move forward independently.
-
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Individual sessions—including intake appointments—canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee, and payment will be required before scheduling your next appointment. This policy protects the time reserved for your care and helps ensure the sustainability of the practice.
Group therapy sessions function as standing, open groups rather than individually scheduled appointments. Because you are not reserving a dedicated time slot, there is no cancellation fee if you are unable to attend.

I operate on Central Standard Time and typically see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Limited late-afternoon and early-evening appointments are available on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Deconstruction Drop-In Circles (clinician-led virtual support groups) are offered twice weekly—Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM CST and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM CST.
I am not available on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays.

At Renaître, treatment is intentional and time-focused. Most clients complete their core therapeutic work in approximately six months, which typically includes a structured framework of 27 weekly individual sessions along with at least one weekly support group. This model is designed to build momentum and support real progress.
Because each person’s history and needs are unique, some clients may require additional time for more complex work. However, the guiding philosophy at Renaître is that effective therapy has a clear beginning, and a clear end. The goal is to help you develop the insight, skills, and confidence to navigate your life independently—without needing therapy indefinitely.
That said, Maintenance Recovery Support is available for those who find it helpful to bridge the skills learned in treatment, prevent relapse into old patterns, or receive guidance during new life phases.
You're here. That matters.
Seeking help is something worth honoring. It means you're listening to that quiet inner voice that wants something more—for your life, your healing, your future. That alone is a big step.
Above, you’ll find helpful information about how I work, what to expect, and what it’s like to begin therapy with me. It’s here to make sure we’re on the same page and to help you feel confident that we’d be a good fit.
